Team Probes was founded in 2001 by Colton Joseph (aka TaP.it). The team has grown and evolved over time to one of the most well-known U.S. gaming teams on battle.net. With it's incredibly experienced staff and members, TaP has not only provided the sole funding of hundreds of tournaments but also competed in numerous leagues, WCGs, and other competitions as a team which in turn has elevated their level of expertise in all areas. Additionally, TaP has had their own customized t-shirt and accessories line in the past.

     Recently, a partnership with Binarybeast.com has provided an excellent opportunity for breakthrough technology and advancements for gaming tournaments. Through a new version of the well-known tournament host (BB4) by binarybeast, TaP will be presenting a brand-new tournament system for SC2 which will implement features such as a flash integrated display, teams, countries, prizes, all presented to the viewer with live updates and easy-to-use interfaces.
